What's allowed
- Honest, first-person accounts of your own experience.
- Naming companies and roles.
- Specific details that help others understand the workplace.
What's not
- Naming individuals. No managers, coworkers, or clients by name.
- Defamation, threats, or harassment.
- Confidential information (trade secrets, medical records, customer data).
- Anything you wouldn't be comfortable seeing on the front page of a newspaper.
Moderation
Stories are published immediately. Posts that violate these terms may be removed at any time without notice. If you believe a story crosses a line, contact us.
